The best approach would be to make the penalties even tougher to bear. It is upon people to learn the many moral lessons that have been as a result of drunk driving and maybe bring generational change. From at a young age, kids should be taught about drunk driving and its grave results. It is by doing so that changes are made to the next generation thus abolishing drunk driving.
